Domestic Violence

Purple Thursday #purplethursday

Purple is the color of Domestic Violence Awareness month and on October 22nd you can show your support by wearing purple. The National Network to End Domestic Violence (NNEDV) is asking people to raise awareness by painting USA purple. This is a great way to tell others why ending DV is important to you and your community.

DV Awareness Month
Support comes in many forms. You can change your profile photo on social media accounts, make a donation to your local shelter, be there for a friend experiencing DV or tell your story. On October 22nd make a difference. Wear Purple. You’ll be glad you did. #purplethursday
