Chasing Failure

Today at Red Rocks Church, Ryan Leak, the author and producer of Chasing Failure, came to speak. He’s a gifted speaker with the ability to draw you into his amazing story. His question to the audience was ‘What would you do if you knew you could not fail?’ Become today who you are tomorrow. What I loved about his message was the positive spin on trying even if it doesn’t result in the outcome you desire. Several people have said to me, ‘You wrote a book. One project is finally done which was publishing my book on Nook. Yeah it’s finished! If you are a Nook lover, feel free to download there. 10% of book sales are now donated to SafeHouse Denver. You can read about it here. If you know anyone going through a relationship that is troubled from emotional, verbal, or...

September was a busy month! My two main focuses were having a baby and finishing my book. Both were big milestones and two of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done. Madelyn was due September 28th and finally decided to show up October 1st. We tried everything to get her here and finally decided surgery was the best option. She is a beautiful gift from God and we couldn’t be happier. Harrison, her big brother, is still not sure about her and if he could talk I know he’d say ‘take her back.’ Our surprise baby is very sweet and were enjoying every moment. Below...
